I have been wearing barefoot shoes for about 3 months. I walk 3 miles 5 to 6 days a week. I decided I wanted something with a little bit of a sole to it. I have actually been looking at these for probably a year. I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like them. I have a wide ball of my foot and have since birth, I have a high arch/instep and sensory issues on my feet. Yet I still find them comfortable. I do normally wear a size 8.5 and had to return them for a size 9. I did see reviews where the heel or top of ankle rubbed and that was a worry. I would say if that’s happening you need to size up a half size!

The only negative for me is the insole. As you can see I end up with imprints at the end of my walks. The last half mile it’s all I notice. If anyone has any input on smooth insoles that fit these shoes well I would love to know! I wish it was an accessory I could buy! Not everyone finds it massaging.

My foot is 3 ¾” wide at the ball and 9 ½ “ long.

Bought the Adapt Trainers about two months ago in a size 11.5 and they are too tight. Love the shoe though, I still wear them. So then I wanted to buy the runners - and trying to avoid the same mistake, I read the reviews and they said to size up. So I did, now I am stuck with the wrong shoe size ‘cuz these truly run ‘true to size’… Nothing against the shoe… Just buying the sale might be like a Russian Roulette since you can’t exchange the sizes or return the shoe… sad policies. Anyhow, love the company and the potential they have to become an industry game changer. Hope one day I get the right size with them, haha

Comfiest shoe I’ve worn in a long time, I work in a healthcare clinic. I have worn Hoka carbon x 3 shoes for a year, they worked but not the best. I have a pair of ONs that I never wear due to the comfort being terrible, they squeak when I walk, etc. these shoes fit so nicely and let my feet breath. Can’t wait to get another pair! I also love that they don’t have huge logos on them. Size up!!!!
