Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We currently ship to all US states, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We also ship to military addresses and PO Boxes.

From the moment you place your order, it may take 3 business days to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, delivery will vary based on ship method selected during checkout as well as destination.

Please note: Expedited and express shipping are not available for PO Boxes or military addresses. 

Your order could take anywhere from 3 to 12 business days to arrive from the time of purchase - this estimate is inclusive of order processing time as well as transit times. Note that this does not apply to military addresses or US territories as there may be an additional 2 weeks of transit time due to unexpected factors outside of our control.

If you're shopping for a special occasion and need your order to be processed faster, please email us at orders@fluxfootwear.com - while we can not make any guarantees for on-time arrival, we can flag your order for priority fulfillment!

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear after a package is shipped depending on the carrier. You can track on the carrier site directly or use our tracking portal at the bottom of this page. 

SHIPPING MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order has multiple items, they may ship at different times in different packages. This ensures that we get you your order as efficiently as possible.

EDITING/CANCELLING ORDERS

Our order processing and fulfillment is fully automated, therefore we have a short window of time to make any edits or cancellations. We have 30 minutes from the time your order is placed to make any edits or to cancel your order. Please reach out to us at orders@fluxfootwear.com ASAP and ensure the BODY of the message includes "Cancel" or "Edit" in order for your email to jump the support queue. If it has been over 30 minutes, we cannot make any guarantees that we are able to catch your order before it is shipped, but please email us and we will try our best! 

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

DELAYED ORDERS

We are excited for you to get your order! Unfortunately, delays in transit time may occur with the carrier. If your order is still in transit and has not been delivered in the expected timeframe or you have not seen any significant tracking updates in over a week, it's possible your order may be lost in transit. Please see general qualifications below (excluding military addresses, territories, Hawaii, and Alaska which could be subject to longer transit times)

Standard Shipping Allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive - contact us on the 11th business day
Expedited Shipping Allow up to 6 business days for your order to arrive - contact us on the 7th business day
Express Shipping Allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive - contact us on the 6th business day

MISSING ORDERS

If your order has been marked delivered and you're having difficulties locating it, please allow 2 business days from the delivered date. Some carriers have been known to experience latency issues in their tracking. Additionally, please check with neighbors, as it's possible the carrier could have accidentally delivered it to a nearby address. Please contact us after 2 business days if you still are unable to locate your package.

ORDERS WITH SHIPPING PROTECTION

If you purchased shipping protection and your order is lost, damaged or stolen, you are eligible for our Delivery Guarantee which will provide you with an immediate replacement. If we are out of stock, our shipping protection provider will provide you with a refund or gift card. If there is a shipping/delivery issue with your order, please enter your order details in the portal below and select Report Shipping Issue to file a claim.
