To make a return or exchange, please follow this link.* While exchanges are free, all returns for a refund will incur a $13.00 handling fee to cover the cost of return shipping.
* Shoes must be in like-new condition.
(To ensure the shoes are not damaged in any way, we encourage you first try the shoes on with socks on, on a carpeted surface.)
If there is a manufacturing defect within 1 year of your original purchase, we'll replace the product completely free of charge.**
*Socks, Bags and Hats are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
**For manufacturing defects, we will provide a return label, and you will need to send the shoe back to us to verify the defect of the product before shipping a replacement. In the event that the original item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a Flux gift card of equal value to the original purchase).
