RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn footwear for 30 days from the date of purchase (exceptions apply*). Exchanges or a return for a Flux Footwear gift card are free and will incur no cost. Returns for a refund will incur a return handling fee of $13 which will be automatically deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns on worn merchandise. 

To ensure that shoes are not damaged, we encourage you to try the shoes on with socks on a carpeted surface when you receive them. 

*If you purchase your shoes for 30% off or during a BOGO event, you are eligible for exchanges OR store gift card only. If you purchase your shoes for 40% off or more - these are considered CLEARANCE and are STRICTLY non-returnable. ALL accessories and digital products are STRICTLY non-returnable as well.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, we do offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all footwear. We'll replace your shoes free of charge! In the event that the original item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a Flux gift card of equal value to the original purchase. Please reach out to us at orders@fluxfootwear.com to start your warranty request. Couple things to note: 

  • This warranty only covers products purchased from our site or an authorized retailer
  • Improper care, general discomfort, overuse, accidents, negligence are NOT covered by our warranty

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS/PROCESS

To start your return authorization, please visit our portal OR enter your details in the portal below. 

During the process, you will be prompted to submit 3 photos of your shoes so our team can properly assess their condition. As a reminder, they must be in excellent, unworn, new condition. It may take up to 2 business days for a member of our team to review your return request. 

It's possible that your return request will be denied either due to insufficient photos or damaged/worn merchandise. You will receive an email if that is the case. 

Once your request is approved, you will be receiving a return label via email. Your refund, exchange, or gift card will be processed when we receive your return back at our warehouse and have sufficient time to inspect it.

To ensure that there is not a delay in the processing of your refund, exchange, or gift card, please make sure to take note of the following: 

⚠️ YOU CANNOT SHIP MULTIPLE ORDERS UNDER ONE RETURN LABEL. EACH ORDER MUST HAVE ITS ON RETURN REQUEST AND UNIQUE RETURN TRACKING ID 

⚠️ TAKE NOTE OF THE CARRIER LISTED ON THE RETURN LABEL AND DROP OFF AT THAT CARRIER - USPS AND UPS ARE TWO DIFFERENT CARRIERS AND WILL NOT DELIVER EACH OTHER'S PACKAGES 

⚠️ PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE RETURNING FLUX MERCHANDISE IN YOUR RETURN AND NOT ANY OTHER BRAND'S MERCHANDISE 

⚠️ YOUR RETURN LABEL WILL EXPIRE WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF ISSUE
