To make a return or exchange, please follow this link.*

* Shoes must be in like-new condition. 

(To ensure the shoes are not damaged in any way, we encourage you first try the shoes on with socks on, on a carpeted surface.)

If there is a manufacturing defect within 1 year of your original purchase, we'll replace the product completely free of charge.**

*Socks, Bags and Hats are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

**For manufacturing defects, we will provide a return label, and you will need to send the shoe back to us to verify the defect of the product before shipping a replacement. In the event that the original item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a Flux gift card of equal value to the original purchase).

You have 30 Days from the date of purchase.

*Our team responds to emails Monday-Friday, please also allow up to 24 hours within this timeframe.

We offer returns during sales. However during a buy 1 get one xx% off you will receive a refund minus the discounted amount.

*Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales: We accept exchanges, but not returns on these sale items.

We believe our return window is an adequate amount of time to see if Flux is the right shoe for you. We unfortunately can’t offer you a return outside the window.

Here are some options that customers have utilized when outside of the return window: Gift your Flux’s to a friend or family, or resell on ebay, poshmark, etc.

For international returns, please ship your shoes back to us at the address below. We cannot cover the cost of return shipping for international orders. We will refund you as soon as we receive your return.
