Grounding tech that reconnects you to the Earth’s natural energy. By transferring electrons from the ground, it helps reduce stress and inflammation, improve sleep, and boost recovery.

  • Enhances Connection to the Ground: Grounding (or earthing) allows the body to absorb electrons from the earth, which may help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support recovery.
  • May Reduce Stress & Fatigue: Some research suggests grounding can help regulate circadian rhythms, leading to better sleep and reduced fatigue.
  • Improves Stability & Balance: A direct sensory connection to the ground enhances proprioception, helping you react faster and stay balanced in motion.

Unrestrictive Design

Move freely with a zero-drop sole, and our widest toe-box yet. Designed to improve balance, strength, and agility.

Grounding Technology

Earth-Link™ helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and support recovery by reconnecting you to the earth’s natural energy.

Step Into Comfort

A durable knit upper stretches and breathes, while the flexible sole and massaging insole keep feet comfy and fresh.

Modern shoes limit your mobility. Natural movement shoes let them move as they should—building strength, improving balance, and supporting posture. With a wide toe box and zero-drop design, they help you move freely, comfortably, and naturally.

The amount of time it takes to transition to barefoot shoes varies for each individual, as everyone's feet are different and may adapt to the new shoes at different rates. However, the following general guidelines can help:

  • Gradual transition: Gradually increasing the amount of time you spend in barefoot shoes can help reduce discomfort and allow your feet to adjust to the new sensation of walking without shoes.
  • Start small: Begin by wearing barefoot shoes for a few hours at a time and gradually increase the duration as your feet get used to them.
  • Listen to your body: Pay attention to any discomfort or pain you experience while wearing barefoot shoes. If you experience discomfort, take a break and switch back to your regular shoes for a few days.
  • Give it time: It can take several weeks or even months for your feet to fully adjust to barefoot shoes, so be patient and persistent.

Keep in mind that everyone's feet are different and the transition time may vary. It's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly to ensure a comfortable transition to barefoot shoes.

A wide toe box refers to the space at the front of a shoe, allowing the toes to align and spread naturally. This design helps reduce pressure on the toes, improving foot function and comfort. Flux shoes have a generous toe-box, thanks to the toe-off shape which creates ample room for the toes throughout the gait cycle.

Zero-drop means the heel and toe of the shoe are level, promoting a more natural foot position and stride.

Adapt Knit Trainers fit small for most. We recommend sizing up a 1/2 size for the best fit. For more details, refer to our size chart for guidance on finding your perfect fit.

Spot Cleaning: Using water, mild soap, and a soft bristled brush or microfiber cloth, focus on the particularly dirty areas (outsole or on the shoe). Do not use bleach.

Machine Washable: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. If using a top-loading machine, place on top of laundry load. Let air dry, out of direct sunlight. Do not machine-dry. This will also freshen up and re-animate the interior foam. For white shoes, to preserve the color, we recommend treating the shoe with a water/stain repellent spray prior to wear. Do not use bleach.

    Bring back the old trainers!

We are a flux family. I can't tell you how many pairs we have. Dozens. I used to love this brand.

I just received a pair of adapt trainers (Dune KT) and have worn them a couple times. I am suddenly in so much pain. How ever they have changed this, it's a huge mistake. They are so much more stiff than the origins, and I don't like the look/shape as much. So disappointed because I have been a flux lover since the launch, and now I need to look for another brand.

    Bring back the OG trainer!

Picture below of my original grey, and the new (terrible) Dune KT.

    Do not last!!

I got these shoes in December and have loved them since. After only 7 months of wear, the soles are completely ripped apart and there are holes in them. Yes, I wear them a lot, but I do not abuse them by any means. I am extremely disappointed in this brand.

    Favorite shoes!

I don’t ever do reviews but Flux are my favorite shoes and have been for a couple years. I have 3 pairs of the old trainers, 1 of the knit trainers, and 2 of the runners. These are the most comfortable shoes for any occasion. I wear my trainers for just every day, part of my business casual look for work, and obviously at the gym. 5 stars all the way

    Falling apart

I’ve never had a pair of shoes all apart when they’ve only ever been used to train inside a gym and they never to go out for anything else. I’ve had random cheaper shoes last me longer than these. How is it possible? The whole left foot has fallen apart. Had I known I would’ve just bought converse or vans.

I like these - but I miss the old shoes

Quick version is these are light weight and the toe box is wide and AWESOME! However, the new version compared to the old version is lacking. The heel somehow is more narrow and less forgiving because the knit on the rubber is too hard. I’m not sure exactly what the issue is but I can tell after walking up and down my hallway a few times that I’m going to get a blister or a callus on the bottom of my heel by my arch, I’ve never felt something like that before in the old version. These do not have an arch, and that is preferred for me, but people need to be aware of that. Oh, the other thing is the hexagon fabric inside the sole on the base of the shoe is not raised in the new version as much as it is in the old version. This new design gives the look of more of a traditional sneaker with a thick rubber soul, which I think looks nice fashion wise. I like that the tongue of the shoe doesn’t have stitching and is still laser cut. All in all I am going to return my new adapt sneakers because the inside heel is not a good match for me. I’m keeping my Runners though (I have 3 of them!) For those who wonder - order a size up! I normally wear a woman’s 10 and I wear a Flex size 10 1/2 or 11.
