Grounding tech that reconnects you to the Earth’s natural energy. By transferring electrons from the ground, it helps reduce stress and inflammation, improve sleep, and boost recovery.

  • Enhances Connection to the Ground: Grounding (or earthing) allows the body to absorb electrons from the earth, which may help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support recovery.
  • May Reduce Stress & Fatigue: Some research suggests grounding can help regulate circadian rhythms, leading to better sleep and reduced fatigue.
  • Improves Stability & Balance: A direct sensory connection to the ground enhances proprioception, helping you react faster and stay balanced in motion.

Unrestrictive Design

Move freely with a zero-drop sole, and our widest toe-box yet. Designed to improve balance, strength, and agility.

Grounding Technology

Earth-Link™ helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and support recovery by reconnecting you to the earth’s natural energy.

Step Into Comfort

A durable knit upper stretches and breathes, while the flexible sole and massaging insole keep feet comfy and fresh.

Modern shoes limit your mobility. Natural movement shoes let them move as they should—building strength, improving balance, and supporting posture. With a wide toe box and zero-drop design, they help you move freely, comfortably, and naturally.

The amount of time it takes to transition to barefoot shoes varies for each individual, as everyone's feet are different and may adapt to the new shoes at different rates. However, the following general guidelines can help:

  • Gradual transition: Gradually increasing the amount of time you spend in barefoot shoes can help reduce discomfort and allow your feet to adjust to the new sensation of walking without shoes.
  • Start small: Begin by wearing barefoot shoes for a few hours at a time and gradually increase the duration as your feet get used to them.
  • Listen to your body: Pay attention to any discomfort or pain you experience while wearing barefoot shoes. If you experience discomfort, take a break and switch back to your regular shoes for a few days.
  • Give it time: It can take several weeks or even months for your feet to fully adjust to barefoot shoes, so be patient and persistent.

Keep in mind that everyone's feet are different and the transition time may vary. It's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly to ensure a comfortable transition to barefoot shoes.

A wide toe box refers to the space at the front of a shoe, allowing the toes to align and spread naturally. This design helps reduce pressure on the toes, improving foot function and comfort. Flux shoes have a generous toe-box, thanks to the toe-off shape which creates ample room for the toes throughout the gait cycle.

Zero-drop means the heel and toe of the shoe are level, promoting a more natural foot position and stride.

Adapt Knit Trainers fit small for most. We recommend sizing up a 1/2 size for the best fit. For more details, refer to our size chart for guidance on finding your perfect fit.

Spot Cleaning: Using water, mild soap, and a soft bristled brush or microfiber cloth, focus on the particularly dirty areas (outsole or on the shoe). Do not use bleach.

Machine Washable: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. If using a top-loading machine, place on top of laundry load. Let air dry, out of direct sunlight. Do not machine-dry. This will also freshen up and re-animate the interior foam. For white shoes, to preserve the color, we recommend treating the shoe with a water/stain repellent spray prior to wear. Do not use bleach.

Super comfy but sometimes rubs too much

I’ve worn these shoes every day since I got them. They stretch to slip on easily (I keep them tied and tuck the laces in the hidden pouch), and I’ve been able to spot clean them easily too. I haven’t needed to put them in the washing machine yet. They’re so comfy, it really is almost like being barefoot - I can wiggle my toes while wearing them! They really do make my toes say “ahhhh” rather than being scrunched up all the time. I do wear them barefoot (I think that’s the point), and the only issue I’ve had is my pinky toe rubs against the side too much when walking a longer distance. This doesn’t happen often, but is the reason for 4/5 stars. It’s almost like the toe box should be a smidge wider (I tried sizing up, but it wasn’t wider where I needed it, and they looked way too big.). I’m slightly concerned about if my toes will be cold as the temperature drops. I might just have to wear socks again (lol). I wish these came in styles that could pass for more business professional, but I’ve been thinking about getting the black leather ones for that.

    Fantastic!!

I bought these for my husband and he absolutely loves them. He has degenerative disc in his neck and can’t wear just any shoe or he gets a migraine. He is a teacher and has been able to wear these shoes all day while on his feet teaching. Amazing pair of shoes!

    A game changer

These barefoot trainers changed my life for the good. I have been having issues with my right foot, so much pain when simply walking. Even seeing an ortho, a chiropractor, trying it all to alleviate the pain to just walk. And now that I have these trainers, the pain is almost all gone, walking without cringing is such a relief. I can walk from the train station to my office building without pain, I can take long walks again! I’m ready to buy all the trainers for life!!!!

    Wide Foot Comfort

My feet are really wide. In some shoes I need a "D" width and in some shoes I am an "E" width. This is my 3rd pair of Flux sneakers, but my 1st pair of the trainer model. These shoes are super comfortable out the box. Since I pronate, I must wear my Fulton orthotic in the shoe, which only covers 3/4th of the insole from the heel. However, the Adapter Trainer shoe has ample room in the toebox, allowing for toe splay.
