Adapt Trail Runners fit small for most. We recommend sizing up a 1/2 size for the best fit. For more details, refer to our size chart for guidance on finding your perfect fit.

Wearing bulky shoes is like keeping your feet in casts. Sure, they’re temporarily safe, and may even be able to recover from overuse, but this is merely a band-aid, not a long term solution. Your body works and feels best when it’s being used and appropriately challenged.

  • Stronger Feet: Traditional shoes restrict movement and weaken foot muscles over time. Barefoot shoes promote natural movement, strengthening muscles in the feet, ankles, and lower legs for better stability and strength.
  • Happier Toes: A wide toe-box gives your toes freedom to wiggle and flex. This builds up their strength and flexibility, making it easier to move around without hurting your ankles or knees.
  • Balanced Stride: A zero-drop design, meaning your heel and forefoot are on the same level, gives you a natural, graceful stride that takes the strain off your joints and perks up your posture.

"Barefoot shoes" is a general term for shoes that optimize the natural biomechanics of the human foot. To achieve that, our shoes feature excellent flexibility, zero-drop (no heel raise), and a generous toe-box to accomodate the foot's natural shape.

Flux shoes have a generous toe-box, thanks to the toe-off shape which creates ample room for the toes throughout the gait cycle.

    Absolutely amazing! I already had the running shoes but needed something a little more substantial for the trails I walk. A bit more break-in needed than the runners which needed almost none but extremely comfortable from the first wear. I recommend going up half a size. I went up half a size based on other reviews saying the same and it was 100% the right call. Very happy with my Flux! A worthwhile investment.
