Adapt Trail Runners fit small for most. We recommend sizing up a 1/2 size for the best fit. For more details, refer to our size chart for guidance on finding your perfect fit.

Wearing bulky shoes is like keeping your feet in casts. Sure, they’re temporarily safe, and may even be able to recover from overuse, but this is merely a band-aid, not a long term solution. Your body works and feels best when it’s being used and appropriately challenged.

  • Stronger Feet: Traditional shoes restrict movement and weaken foot muscles over time. Barefoot shoes promote natural movement, strengthening muscles in the feet, ankles, and lower legs for better stability and strength.
  • Happier Toes: A wide toe-box gives your toes freedom to wiggle and flex. This builds up their strength and flexibility, making it easier to move around without hurting your ankles or knees.
  • Balanced Stride: A zero-drop design, meaning your heel and forefoot are on the same level, gives you a natural, graceful stride that takes the strain off your joints and perks up your posture.

"Barefoot shoes" is a general term for shoes that optimize the natural biomechanics of the human foot. To achieve that, our shoes feature excellent flexibility, zero-drop (no heel raise), and a generous toe-box to accomodate the foot's natural shape.

Flux shoes have a generous toe-box, thanks to the toe-off shape which creates ample room for the toes throughout the gait cycle.

    My husband has a pair and he loves them. I’ve been looking for a long distance walking shoe that isn’t overloaded with thick soles or a bulky exterior. For me, I prefer a barefoot experience and these are great. A little snug at the opening but I know they’ll break in over time. Ordering 2 more pair while you have clearance colors!

    BEST SHOES TO HAVE!!

    I’ll admit I was a bit sceptical at first, but since buying my first pair of black adapt runner shoes I have to say these are the most comfortable shoes ever!! I love love love them, my feet no longer hurt or feel tired. BEST SHOE EVER DESIGNED! I will definitely be buying different colors . :) l

    Great shoe!

    I was super reluctant to purchase a shoe that I had not tried on before because I have such a difficult time finding a athletic show to fit my wide flat foot. I sized up a half size and they fit great. I bought these for work as I work 12 hour shifts in healthcare. My feet arent killing me by the end of my shift anymore! I’m already looking into a 2nd pair to have at home.
