Wearing bulky shoes is like keeping your feet in casts. Sure, theyā€™re temporarily safe, and may even be able to recover from overuse, but this is merely a band-aid, not a long term solution. Your body works and feels best when itā€™s being used and appropriately challenged.

  • Stronger Feet:Ā Traditional shoes restrict movement and weaken foot muscles over time. Barefoot shoes promote natural movement, strengthening muscles in the feet, ankles, and lower legs for better stability and strength.

    Love these!

    I originally bought the regular adapt runner and do like it! I typically run on a dirt and gravel road, so I tried the trail runner and LOVE it!! I went a half size up to accommodate a medium weight sock as the sizing is very precise. Stability is great and the traction is perfect!

    Love the trail runner

    Great shoe, support, comfort and traction. Fit was true to size. The only slight negative is they are a bit hard to get on but have a shoe horn handy and it's not a problem.

    Runs extra small

    Runs even smaller than the adapt runner. I got my same size as I do in my normal runners of which I have multiple pairs, they are too small and unfortunately are non returnable so I am stuck with them. Also they are not cute in person.
