Tough on performance, easy on your stride. The Adapt Graphene RR is built for the grind, designed to handle high-intensity training, indoor runs, and everything in between. The Graphene-Pro outsole provides next-level grip, flexibility, and resilience, while the durable ripstop upper resists wear and tear through every sprint, squat, and stride. A zero-drop design and wide toe box let your feet move the way they were meant to, and the AdaptSol™ insole keeps you supported without restriction. Performance. Protection. Power. Graphene is a one-atom-thick layer of carbon arranged in a honeycomb pattern. It’s the strongest material ever discovered—200x stronger than steel—yet incredibly thin, light, and flexible. Helping you push the limits of durability and responsiveness.

  • Durability where you need it most: We infused graphene into the outsole—where most training shoes break down first. That means better performance over time and fewer failures during key movements like lifts, sled drives, or lateral hops.
  • No compromise on weight or feel: Most "durable" shoes add bulk. Graphene delivers toughness without the heaviness, so you stay agile and locked in.
  • More confidence in movement: Better grip + longer lifespan = train harder without worrying about your gear giving out.

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect within 1 year of your original purchase, we’ll replace the product free of charge. Natural Motion

Built for dynamic training, with a zero-drop sole and wide toe box that let your feet move freely and your body stay aligned. From sled pushes to sprints, every move feels stable, natural, and grounded from the ground up.

Graphene-Pro Tech

Reinforced with Graphene—200x stronger than steel yet incredibly thin, light, and flexible—the full outsole is engineered to deliver next-level grip and long-lasting durability.

Rip-Resistant

A high-performance Ripstop upper woven with reinforced threads to stop rips, tears, and abrasion. Lightweight and breathable for max durability without the stiffness—so you can grind through every friction.

Modern shoes limit your mobility. Natural movement shoes let them move as they should—building strength, improving balance, and supporting posture. With a wide toe box and zero-drop design, they help you move freely, comfortably, and naturally.

The amount of time it takes to transition to barefoot shoes varies for each individual, as everyone's feet are different and may adapt to the new shoes at different rates. However, the following general guidelines can help:

  • Gradual transition: Gradually increasing the amount of time you spend in barefoot shoes can help reduce discomfort and allow your feet to adjust to the new sensation of walking without shoes.
  • Start small: Begin by wearing barefoot shoes for a few hours at a time and gradually increase the duration as your feet get used to them.
  • Listen to your body: Pay attention to any discomfort or pain you experience while wearing barefoot shoes. If you experience discomfort, take a break and switch back to your regular shoes for a few days.
  • Give it time: It can take several weeks or even months for your feet to fully adjust to barefoot shoes, so be patient and persistent.

Keep in mind that everyone's feet are different and the transition time may vary. It's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly to ensure a comfortable transition to barefoot shoes.

Graphene is a one-atom-thick layer of carbon arranged in a honeycomb pattern. It’s the strongest material ever discovered—200x stronger than steel—yet incredibly thin, light, and flexible. Helping you push the limits of durability and responsiveness.

A wide toe box refers to the space at the front of a shoe, allowing the toes to align and spread naturally. This design helps reduce pressure on the toes, improving foot function and comfort. Flux shoes have a generous toe-box, thanks to the toe-off shape which creates ample room for the toes throughout the gait cycle.

Zero-drop means the heel and toe of the shoe are level, promoting a more natural foot position and stride.

Ripstop is a performance fabric woven with a special crosshatch pattern—tiny reinforcement threads that make it resistant to rips, tears, and abrasions. Even if you scuff or snag, that damage won’t spread. From rope climbs to sled pushes, CrossFit demands a lot from your shoes. Ripstop gives you durability where you need it most, without adding weight or stiffness. It’s light, breathable, and tough as hell—so you can train hard and move naturally, without your gear holding you back.

Adapt Graphene RR fit small for most. We recommend sizing up a 1/2 size for the best fit. For more details, refer to our size chart for guidance on finding your perfect fit.

Spot Cleaning: Using water water, mild soap, and a soft bristled brush or microfiber cloth, focus on the particularly dirty areas (outsole or on the shoe). Do not use bleach. Do not machine wash.

    Nice

Feels good, not as squishy as the regular runners, the reflective bits are a nice touch. I went down a half size for a sock fit.

    Great shoes

I love the first pair of flux I purchased! The original

Adapt trainers are great and i was excited to try these. They’re more stiff at first compared to the originals but they are great after the first couple wears. This brand is great I will purchasing again!

This is NOT a minimalist shoe. It has a thick, stiff sole that may as well be a Nike.

Best shoes I’ve bought in years.

Have some plantar and achilles issues so I got these to strengthen my feet. I think they’re working great! Surely need to work your way into them.
